On January 8, 2025, the planning and development team held an informational neighborhood meeting with Park City Heights to make introductions, discuss early conceptual plans, solicit feedback, and answer questions.

We at The Alexander Company are so grateful for those who took the time to attend and share their thoughts and concerns. We’re committed to being transparent about the project, keeping you informed, and creating a new hub of housing that positively contributes to the community. We value your trust and aim to be good neighbors throughout the planning and development process, and beyond.

Approximately 40 individuals attended, asked questions, and shared concerns. You may view a copy of the presentation shared, including the early conceptual plan, here.

Here are the top three resounding pieces of feedback that were received, which will inform ongoing planning efforts.

  1. Richardson Flat Road Traffic and Safety
A prominent theme in the neighborhood meeting was concern for Richardson Flat Road and its ability to handle increased traffic.
  2. Road Connection to Park City Heights
For life and safety reasons, a road connection to Park City Heights will be required, creating concerns over increased traffic throughout the neighborhood.
  3. Privacy Buffer from New Frontage Road
The new frontage road, which will be the primary access point for Clark Ranch, will be in proximity to several homes in Park City Heights. Privacy concerns were voiced, with questions of whether steps to mitigate those concerns could be taken such as increased landscaping or hardscaping.
